The stunning views from the rooftop restaurant were a highlight of our stay, creating a magical ambiance over dinner.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some maintenance issues. I noticed the bathroom facilities were outdated, with cracked mirrors and loose fixtures for a hotel of this caliber. while the staff were often helpful, I felt that the lack of attention to these details diminished the overall experience.

I was blown away by the stunning views from the restaurant on the 20th floor, which we enjoyed both nights of our stay. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed, including special arrangements for breakfast. The corner king room was both spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. I did find the location a bit distant from downtown attractions, which might not be the best for everyone.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay so much better. breakfast was awesome, self-service with a big buffet, but they were happy to help when we asked. the pool and spa area was clean and nice too. the corner king room was comfy and tidy, it had everything we needed. overall, it was a really nice place for a family trip.

Breakfast options were excellent, with the staff accommodating our vegetarian needs by preparing special dishes on both mornings, alongside the regular buffet. the air conditioning in my room was frustrating to operate, leading to a lengthy misunderstanding with the staff. the business center's software was entirely in Turkish, making it less useful for international travelers.

The corner king room had great amenities like a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and a comfy seating area. The spa facilities were amazing with an indoor pool, sauna, and hammam. The fitness centre was well-equipped, making it easy to stay active. Breakfast was a lovely spread with special arrangements made for vegetarians.

Had an amazing time with my friends! The Executive Lounge was a highlight with stunning views, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. We also made a trip to the nearby shopping center for some local treats. The soundproof windows ensured a restful night, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay.

I struggled with the air conditioning controls in my room, which led to some frustrating misunderstandings with the staff. It took quite a while to resolve this issue.
